PHARMACY- The absolute rudest and most incompetent employees I've ever experienced in my life. So many mistakes by them have led to me not being able to pick up my daily medication on time. And what do the staff act like when THEY mess up and don't have my meds? Like they're annoyed I'm even asking for them. Communication breakdowns and just general idiocy among everyone there. The one time I called to complain about it, the sassy manager told ME to be quiet and shut up. A SHIT show and they can't even manage basic human emotions when they're messing with peoples' medicine - meaning their physical and mental health. It should be criminal. The manager needs to be fired, and honestly, they need to just start from scratch here. Absolutely pathetic for a company the size of Kaiser to have so many mistakes dealing with their patients health and livelihoods. I've literally NEVER received a simple apology from ANYONE there either. It's terrifying to think about how many people they've probably killed with their incompetence.

I have been with Kaiser over 30 years. Kaiser has been going down hill for the last several years. You used be able to get a doctor appointment within a couple of days, Now you are lcucky if you can get in within two months. Their ER is awful. Physical therapy is a joke you may have 2o visits a year. Most pt appointments are every 2 weeks. Whne I broke both bones in my right arm in a total of 3 places I had 5 PT visits. All they cared about was that I could more or less move my hand, no strength training. Just terrrible PT. My arm is still not good. Some of the doctors are good, if you can get in to see them. In the past I have recommended Kaiser to several people I would never recommend Kaiser to anyone today.

First thing I said when I went into urgent care was "I can't breathe" . They had me wait 3.5 hours to be seen. Matter of fact I was the LAST one to be seen. I was LIVID. There were people who came in after me and went first. Some people went in and out a few times before I was seen. I finally caught a nurse when they were taking another patient back and asked her how long. The nurse got some movement going. Got a ekg and chest xray. Was seen 30 minutes later. When I finally made it to pharmacy they were irritated cause it was time for them to go. TERRIBLE experience. How can you make someone who can't breathe wait like that but the lady with a fractured foot goes in and out like its nothing?
