I have found a hidden gem!! I didn't know jcpenney had a salon.I have been going to this jcpenney salon at Washington Square mall for several years. Do to my schedule, I have seen a bunch of stylists at their salon Denise, Amvy, Corina,Oliver and Cynthia and as of recent I just seen Christal and Rachel. Every appointment has been amazing and happy with my services . The manager Jenny Mae is very perfessional , always happy and smiling, and runs a very clean salon. A great manager truly shows and reflects on the stylist and how sweet and professional everyone is. The most important is you can be yourself and not be judged. Oliver is amazing! They helped me transform my long brown (previously bleached/permed) hair into a super cute ice queen (read platinum blonde) bob. My hair can sometimes be stubborn and not want to accept the bleach but Oliver just redoes that area so that it won’t be darker than everywhere else! 11/10 would recommend!Services: Hairstyling

Oliver was the best hairstylist I have ever had. The process took 8 hours because of how much hair I had and how much I wanted done, he did it with a smile and was so professional.
