I had to put a 1because there is no zero. This guy is a hoax. I called his so called business phone and he answered without saying the name of the business. I had to ask if I had the right number. Oh yes, he said. Told him we would like to have him come out to our home for a consultation We set a date and was told I would receive an email with details of what I should have ready. I waited two days. No e-mail. I texted to his email and told him I hadn't gotten an e-mail. He did send an email with information. Come the date set he never showed up and I have not received a call or email with an explanation. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !

How do we love thee let me count the ways. James has been one of those rare and precious discoveries in life. He's the puppy and puppy parent whisperer. For us and in our chaotic world of work and middle school he's been our guide through the depths of puppy hell and heights of joy. He's organized and professional, preparing for our sessions with print offs with homework and next steps for our training binder he gave us. He's filled gaps in getting my two high energy boys daily walks and socialization. He's there when I'm texting in tears after they've fear-peed on our couch, chewed my fave stillies, and I've returned from chasing... read full review

James is very responsive, very timely, very sweet and a very good trainer. My dog responded to him and his body language alone instantly. He did a couple train-walks for us. Very reasonably priced. Very impressive credentials. Give him a shot!!
