We have had a great experience using Jan-Pro for our janitorial services. The communication is good. They have never missed a cleaning day. They are efficient and very good at what they do. We had a couple special requests and they've been able to honor them where other cleaning companies refused - our offices look amazing!!
Highly recommend! Conduit Electric has used this business since August 2022. We requested fragrance-free cleaning which they offer and we are super happy! (no more having to smell torturous FABULOSO lol) the person who cleans our office does an AMAZING JOB! She communicates anything and everything she recommends. I do not know her name but we hope to always have her here! the name of the business that comes out is Axel Cleaning Services Shout out to them!!
We have had Jan- Pro as our office cleaners for a little over 5 years, they really take the time to make our office clean every week. We have the same cleaners and it's like they are an extension of our office. There was a time when we suspended service to try and clean ourselves, but we soon found out that it was a larger task than any of us could complete with the attention to detail Jan Pro took. Their pricing is competitive, but the customer service and quality of work are unprecedented. I would definitely recommend these guys!!
