“I contacted Noble Heating & Air to get a second opinion on my furnace repair. They responded promptly and were able to come out within 24 hours to give a free inspection and and estimate for the repair. The first company I had contacted charged $185 to let me know what, in their opinion was wrong with the furnace. They then gave me an estimate of nearly $3000 for the repair, indicating that three components needed replacement. They had spent maybe 5 to 10 minutes, testing one of the components. At that price point, I decided to get a second opinion. Tim from Noble heating came out and spent approximately 30 minutes testing various aspects of the furnace. He reported that only one of the components was not working properly and I was given a new estimate of over $1000 less than the original one from the other company. Tim was able to come out the following morning, make the repair and had my furnace up and running. I am appreciative of Noble’s quick response, honest expertise, and mechanical skills by repairmanTim. Noble is a small company that understand it’s customers, and treats them like neighbors and family.“

“After getting several bids for a new heat pump/furnace system, I decided to go with Climate Control, and as a happy customer, I'm glad I did!
The main reason I chose Climate Control was because of Sal. He was very patient and kind as he explained the various options for me. He worked with my budget and my specific requirements to come up with the best options. I had a crazy amount of questions which Sal always answered with patience and clear, detailed explanations. He helped by being available as needed all the way up to when the project was complete.
The install people were awesome! Luis, Sergio, and Chris took great care in the installation of my system. They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Luis went the extra mile by troubleshooting/explaining things about the installation to me.

While there were a couple tricky installation hiccups, Roy came out and assessed/addressed my concerns. Luis and Sergio

“One year ago…Triangle Tube boiler for radiant floor heat and an indirect 60 gal DHW tank. I did a lot of the prep work myself. I was a little behind schedule but the Casebeer crew worked with me to get the job done in three days. They responded quickly to one small problem caused by my own work. Haven’t had a problem since. Ultimate comfort level and non-stop HW. There were three bids on the job but I picked the right crew. Very satisfied with my choice.“

“Our HVAC went out this last week during 100 degree weather. I called this past Friday morning and spoke to Kurt and informed him of the issues I was having with my unit. While on the phone, he immediately had me trouble shooting some things, and when that didn't work he mentioned how he would try to make it out later that day to take a look. Kurt was able to make it in the early afternoon (same day) and replaced a broken piece, but then also confirmed that he would come back the next day (Saturday) to to discuss my options, since the unit was 14 years old and needed coolant (R22), which is no longer available as the US Government had banned it many years ago. Kurt showed up the next day (and on time) for our 9:30am meeting. We did a walk through with the AC unit discussing all of the "ins and outs" surrounding the problems with my unit. (I already had an idea that I would probably need to replace the unit - after all it was 14 years old and was practically on 24/7. And...the R22 coolant was an issue). We scheduled to have the unit replaced two days later on Monday 8/1/2022 (today). Kurt and his team showed up on time at 9:30am, replaced the unit, cleaned everything up...hauled it out, and left at 1:30pm...and I couldn't be happier with their work!! Kurt is EXTREMELY helpful, kind and informative as he goes out of his way to make sure you're happy and comfortable - I just can't say enough good things about him and his team! P.S. I used another AC company about six months ago and there's a SIGNIFICANT night and day difference in customer service, information, performance, quality of work, and customer care. This is the ONLY company I would recommend - I am so happy!! Thank you Kurt - you're the best...it's only been 30 minutes since you left and I already miss you guys! (Lol) Thank you again for everything!!“

“My heater stopped working again, after a year. Previously, I called Roth; they got it working, but I had to wait an extra day in the cold and it cost hundreds of dollars. I knew there had to be a better solution, so I looked for a company without a website and found Hanson Heating.I called and he was at my house within 15 minutes! He was very quick to diagnose the issue and had it fixed in 10 minutes, PLUS he showed me how to fix it myself in the future. He barely charged me anything for his time, so it's safe to say their prices are extremely reasonable, VERY inexpensive. “Scott and Abe have done several projects for us going back to 2018. First they installed a mini-split when we converted our garage to an office. Then they moved the mini-split (which had been put in by someone else before we found GreenTech) in our attic bedroom and corrected some issues with the previous install. They were great, so when our old gas furnace gave out we called them again. Scott gave us great advice and then installed a new, more efficient gas furnace plus AC. We appreciate their expertise, the quality of their work, and their advice and help maintaining all the systems they've installed here. Our house and office are comfy! Plus, they are fun to work with.“

“My heat went out just as the cold weather started. I called Jerry and told him I was working but could be home by 4:oopm that evening. Tony called from Tualatin about 4:15pm, he said he could be out to Beavercreek in about 45 minutes. He arrived right at 5:00. 2 hrs. later the failed part was replaced and we were warm again. The customer service, diligence in finding the problem, and craftsmanship, were better than a 5 star review. The value was unbelievable, I was thinking the cost would be 5 times what it was. “Steve installed a new furnace last winter and got me a great deal. He was efficient on time and fix the problem. I called him about my air conditioner not working and he worked me in on a Saturday, cleaned it up and got it working. Then he didn’t even charge me! It was a circuit breaker. “Damon is the best! Our AC pump quit and dumped water in the basement. I called him at 6 pm on Saturday evening and he answered and told me how to bypass the pump and keep our AC working in this heat wave. He always puts his customers needs first and responds to every call. I've never seen any of his competitors perform as well as he does. He's honest and trustworthy and very capable!“
