As a realtor, I have had the privilege to work with Lee over the past 10 years as well as have him inspect the homes I have personally purchased. He has always been very thorough, he takes the time to explain the issues he discovers and help point the client in the right direction for items that need additional attention. He is always available for follow up questions and to discuss/reinspect the repairs that get completed. When I work with Lee I am confident there won't be any missed items my clients find after closing.

Lee was the best home inspector we've had in the last few house purchases we've made. He uncovered several items related to our recent house purchase which warranted going back to the seller and asking for considerable concessions, and we were in a strong position, (even in a crazy seller's market) due to Lee's expertise. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

During the course of our shopping for our first home we had two homes inspected. Lee made the whole decision process much easier. He was very thorough at explaining all the things he found and his recommendations on how to remedy the problems.We ended up buying a home built in the 40's and without his expertise we would have hesitated in going forward. The home is beautiful and we feel extra secure knowing that it has been checked out and the electrical & plumbing hazards were corrected as part of our conditions to go ahead on the sale. Home Inspections NW offers both residential and commercial inspections. For an inspection, the client meets the inspector on site to view a pre-inspection agreement and discuss any special concerns the client may have. Then a visual overview is performed to evaluate the condition of each of the major systems of a property. A report is then written and discussed with the client, with a walk-through as needed. Digital photos enhance the report, as well. An average inspection takes approximately three hours.
