I have looked far and wide for someone who can cut my hair the way I want, who is consistent with their work for 17 years. I found one, and it's Heidi!The reasonable pricing wasn't required, but her pricing is a huge bonus.She is fluent in Vietnamese and proficient enough at English-speaking for what I need and small banters.

This isn't the cleanest place and I wish they would clean up their a bit but the service is fantastic and the end result is great. What's important is that I look good when I leave and I didn't overpay. I always leave Heidi a big tip because I can't believe how cheap her work is.
