What a gift to have such a caring and professional urgent care option for animals! I'm so grateful to the entire team at Heart and Soul. Everyone we worked with at Heart and Soul was so kind, communicative, understanding, and responsive. They got us in quickly and were very transparent about how long everything would take and how much it would cost. We would absolutely take our cat here again when we need their services.
I needed to take my elderly cat Vinz to an urgent care vet. After calling around and getting multiple referrals wth no luck,i I was able to secure an appointment with Dr. Jackie here at Heart & Soul.They treated me with compassion and understanding as I was distraught about my poor kitty. They gave my cat the care he needed and were incredibly communicative throughout the process of getting him looked over and presenting options to me. Once I picked him up, the instructions I was given were easily followed too.Thank you Heart & Soul for loving and caring for my cat as much as we love him.
