I stopped in for a basic manicure, and Tony treated me like I was getting a full spa package! My hands look so much better, and going to Happy Feet was a great way to finish up my visit to the beautiful city of Portland.

I got a fantastic manicure here for a good price! It's a small shop and quite quiet, which is comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely be back. They paid good attention to my cuticles and the shaping of my nails.

Kind, friendly, hard working workers, thorough and were gentle and careful. Only minor complaint is that the water in the basin where feet are soaked was cold. Not sure if they are relatively cheap as I haven't compared with other places. They should also tell customers in advance about the $2 charge to purchase a nail kit if you don't bring your own but everyone seems to be charging for this kit. My pedicure was $46 with the tip. Best place I have been in Portland though. A fun time too. I would recommend them but do a price comparison first.
