“Our roofing journey started 3 years ago when we bought our house knowing that it has an original roof so we have had different companies knock on our door every few months or so. Quotes would be absolutely outrageous promising everything under the sun but none of them made sense for our rather small home. “Stevens Pressure Washing (Josh Stevens) was recommended to us by the company that install both of our roofs over the last 35 years. Josh provided a competitive bid after visiting our home which included some minor repair and additional cleaning. They were on time and their site manager was very conscious to make sure all our plants on our deck were protected. They cleaned up all trash frrom the gutter and roof cleaning then washed all the windows, gutter faces and house walls to leave clean. We fully recommend Josh and his team at any time.“

“Yes I am a real customer who just had a roof installed. I usually don’t write reviews unless something goes terribly wrong or it was a particularly good experience. We’ve had our fair share of mini disasters with contractors but I’m happy to comment on the ladder.From the start Steve the owner was very responsive. He was the first company I contacted and so I waited to get 3-4 other bids before circling back to Portlandia. He had me come to current job sites to get a look at the shingles in person and answered all of my questions so I decided to give them the business. So glad we did. About 2 days before my install date the roof decides to start leaking (off course). That same morning Steve had a crew there to stop the leak. As I mentioned he answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) and was on site most times to manage the job which you don’t see often. Fair pricing and good customer service!
