GreenField Health at Barnes Road

Greenfield Health has undergone change. There’s no fee to join and if you need to see a specialist, you will get referred. Dr Noble is tremendous. She listens and converses with me to help me explain better any issues I have. I left Greenfield in the past but I’m so glad I came back after their new approach.

I am seeing Dr. Horner. I have to say he is just the best. He listens. Is very willing to discuss my concerns and questions.As a retired nurse I find him to be very knowledgeable and up to date on current medical information.Dr. Horner ‘s approach is very positively focused and collaborative.Very much appreciated.

Sadly, it appears the Greenfield Health primary care experiment in Portland, Oregon is dead. While the website still espouses the original values of "deep relationships" and "great service" with patients, that's not what I experience anymore at all. The practice has been bought out by Optum (United Healthcare) and what made the place magical (truly deep connections, longer visits for complicated and nuanced cases, same day appointment, whole-person care) is quickly being destroyed.
