Our deck was only finished a couple weeks ago so this is an early review but overall I Highly recommend. The best service you can get. They worked hard and showed up on time every day. Alex answered a lot of questions before we started and their contract was straight forward and accurate. We had a couple things we would have liked a bit more communication on during the project but having done several other house projects with vendors who do not communicate well at all or do not follow what the contract says, I can say Grand Decks is far superior to most others. The deck is stunning.we chose Trex Transcend Lineage line in Biscayne with cable railing and drink topper.

Great customer service and quality. Alex responded the same day I submitted a quote request to replace our fence. He provided a detailed quote, included 2D sketch of project plan, pier and hardware details. The work was scheduled promptly and the crew was diligent and conscientious to prevent damage to our landscaping during demo and construction. The finished product was just what I hoped for - quality construction and a good value. Thanks, Grand Decks!
