I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I went here for my wedding manicure and pedicure and it was such a good experience. My wedding manicure was done by Jordan and she had the most incredible attention to detail not just in the art but in the prep of the nails. She is a nail technician that not only cares about the art but the longevity and health of your nails. She talks you through each step to ensure it is still something you are wanting and is so considerate of sensory needs. I arrived at 10:50 am on 11/1/24 to Finger Bang for a gel removal appointment at 11. I don’t want to name names because I don’t think it’s relevant, and they know who is involved. My original tech was very late and by 11:20, the front desk asked me if I would want to see someone else, since my scheduled tech wasn’t responding to the shop’s calls. Already, I thought this was extremely unprofessional, especially considering the shops very extreme (but valid) zero tolerance policy regarding client cancellation and charging the full amount for any cancellation after 24hrs. Elle is the best! It's a great place with an amazing down to earth staff! I highly recommend them to anyone needed their toes and nails done!
