“I have been using Empress Eyebrows and the fabulous Ms. Emily for my eyebrows since 2021 and I actually can not wait every time I go in which is not that often as Emily does an amazing job. I have visited other places for my brows and have not had the same experience, quality and lasting brows like I do at Empress. Emily is extremely knowledgeable and will not allow you to over-do your brows and experience a bad result. Other places are happy to have you come in for as many touch-ups as you want resulting in more costs and graying brows. I highly recommend any serious Brow-Gal to try Empress!! “If I could give 100 stars I would! My experience from the start with Emma was amazing. Her space is clean and very welcoming. I got an eyelash list, facial and brow wax. This was my first facial EVER and Emma was great with walking me through each step, listening to my goals and overall always made sure I was comfortable during my facial. My eyelash lift and brow wax were perfection. I have very straight lashes, so talking to Emma and coming up with a game plan on on how to continue my lash treatment to give them that effortless curl we all look for. The location of the business is great too. You can get pizza, coffee and book all within walking distance. Parking was really easy as well! I can't recommend Emma and La Muse enough!“
“Lauren! Kind, helpful, honest, gorgeous. She usually works the browbar, but i needed some help with makeup as i am new to wearing it and noone else was around. She answered all of my questions, helped me figure out the products that i needed, and there was no snooty attitude like i got from the person at sephora downstairs. “Yep, she's magic... I have always been nervous about leaving a recommendation because I don't want such a long wait to get in (and everyone thinks I have magically perfect eyes). I have been going to Suzie for 2 years (damn, how are we getting so old and loyal?) and although I never imagined this would be my thing, I am all about hacks about how to make me look awesome with little effort (i.e., makeup). I'm in numerous situations I seemingly have to be looking like I really care about how I look (e.g. Washington DC high-level business meetings to brunch slumming in PDX) and there is nothing more that makes me feel like I can rock it. Not only does she move faaast (yes, I have seen way too many lash artists and she takes half the time) but she gets the fact that she is actually helping me be my low-maintenance self... think backpacking and still looking amazing after a week! I cannot recommend anyone more... but again, nervous that I will never get in by telling anyone!“

“Came in as a walk in. I had been cutting my own hair for the past 4-5 years when it was long. Tried to shorten it to a few inches past my shoulders and messed it up. Le, the owner, cleaned up all of my uneven cuts and suggested to add body with layers. Le was very efficient and did a beautiful haircut. Note: She didn't style my hair with a curling iron and I didn't want it styled. Also, It didn't need it with the quality of cut she gave me. My hair looked great! Definitely returning!“
