The customer service is outstanding. Edwins follow through tremendous. I had an emergency situation and Edwin came when he said he would and handled it. He is courteous and professional. Rats are my biggest fear. Edwin took care of it for me. I would not call anyone else. He also cleans common areas for me of apartment buildings. Since he has started, I have not received one complaint from any of the tenants. The places have never looked better.
Edwin is truly an exceptional individual who provides an incredibly valuable service.We have used him many times for a range of pest issues that my clients have had to deal with, and everytime Edwin is professional, courteous, and informative.Thank you Edwin and Melanie for all that you do!
