Tina De Hut is very knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. She is easy to reach by phone and easily answered my question by researching the status of the policy renewal and providing all the information needed for me to track the progress. Melissa was an absolute lifesaver! After a series of misfortunes we were notified that our existing insurer was not going to renew our homeowners policy. I called Melissa just before 5pm on a Friday afternoon, panicked that we would lose our home, and she immediately put me at ease. By Monday Melissa sent me several options from different insurers to compare, and helped us choose what fit our needs best. Exactly what you would hope from an insurance agent.
