I started going here in 2008 when I lived nearby, I stop in every time I'm in town, and they're still the best nail salon I've found in Portland, Ann Arbor, and downtown Chicago. My nails are flawless, and the nail tech steered me away from a bad color choice. Remembering the great recommendations Hu gave me years ago, and after listening to them talking to another client, I wish I had just asked any one of them to pick a color for me; they really know their business. I can't recommend Elegant Nails enough! The ladies here are so kind and thoughtful. I've been going for years and they are good people who treat their customers well and make you feel welcome!

Gracious staff. Rating isn’t what you think. I had a great experience here. Their staff is super nice. Don’t listen to the bad ratings. The setting is also fun. Like a house vibe
