I went to Elegant Auto Detailing to get a minor scratch fixed on the bumper and they were very honest with me, said they'd do what they could, but may not be much. When finished, after working on it, they said no charge. I offered to pay by credit card, but that wasn't working that day so we settled on a small cash amount (and a 1/2 sandwich!) - very fair, no surprises. Robin F.

I took my black 2005 SLK350 Mercedes Benz to see if elegant could remove HEAVY over spray I was more than happy with the outcome I know it was a hard job to remove the over spray and save the paint on the car
