So cute, so many gift options and lots of happy plants. There's a range of price points and lots of unique selection. There are candles, books, pillows, art, jewelry, bar accessories, some furniture, more home goods, plants and supplies for potting. It's just fun to stop in to have a look. I've shopped ecovibe online and recieved gifts from ecovibe so I was happy to finally shop in store. The Hawthorne location is huge!! With sweet staff that greeted us right away and offered advice on some of the Chilewich mats that you can get custom cut. Really sweet experience, excited to keep bringing friends here.

I ordered a beautiful piece of wall art online and was amazed at how carefully it was packaged when I went to pick it up at the Hawthorne location. I have been so busy with work and wasn't able to hang it right away and was so grateful for this attention to detail. I've been to both the Alberta and Hawthorne locations several times, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Purchased a set of “Moroccan String Lights” three weeks ago. The lights do not work when I tried them today. Stopped in to return them and was told they have a two week return policy. Are you kidding me? I spent over $200 at time I purchased these $15 lights and you will not take them back? You have lost a very good customer for life.UPDATE: I was mistaken. Their return/refund policy is even worse than I originally stated. If you would like a refund for a product that is useless because it does not operate, you only have seven days to be issued a refund.
