When my father was hit by a car while crossing a street on foot, my brother asked a lawyer friend to recommend an Oregon law firm. That person quizzed associates, then recommended Dwyer Williams Cherkoss. We are eternally thankful.Our father was under-insured, and so was the driver of the car that hit him. Working with them was very easy. They made me feel, comfortable and understood and I never felt talked down to. I was always kept in the loop and felt that they made my interests a priority. Very professional and easy to work with. In fact I was so please that I made them one of my special apple pies. And, Yes I would use them again if the need arised.
Update: personal injuries only. Sad. I have a slam dunk case but most are scared to sue the state of Oregon. I thought lawyers were brave and would fight for the rights of the innocent. I'm disappointed but Tim williams helped me with a few new numbers to call. Thanks Tim.
