Dog connection is our preferred daycare in the north Portland area. The owner is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and care and always communicates how our dog was during his time there (unlike some other daycares in which you're expected to pay extra for any information about their day, which is a little much and feels very impersonal). He gives helpful suggestions as well which is a great indicator that he not only knows and understands our dog but actually cares about his wellbeing. This daycare is wonderful. They are Super passionate about the intricate nature of dog behavior and are very open and communicate with you. Every time my dog comes home he's happy and tired from a good day at daycare :)
I've been a customer about a year now. My dog "Dakota" absolutely luvs his play dates. He starts barking with excitement as I slow to turn off N. Lombard in front of DogConnection. As I pull into the parking lot, he begins scratching at the car windows. Thank you DogConnectionPDX!
