These folks were fast, kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. They had openings when no-one else did, told me where to source the part I needed cheaply, and the service was very affordable. Highly recommend!

J is a stand-up honest guy who will tell you what your car REALLY needs. Unlike dealers who line their pockets by pushing a bunch of untimely and unnecessary repairs on their customers. I just recently did an engine swap on a 2017 Audi A4. Now it runs like I drove it straight off the lot, not to mention they got it done faster and cheaper than the Audi dealer. I'd prefer to happily spend my repair money with J anytime knowing its supporting an experienced family run business, rather than take to the dealer and go through all the extra BS that comes with them trying to maximize profits. If you are searching for that shop you can trust, and that will always tell you how it is without all the BS, then your search ends here.These guys have an endless amount of knowledge, and more importantly, they have dignity that will carry them far beyond their time. They will not tell you that you need something done if you simply don't need it. They are hard-working and honest and they know their $h*t. No hidden costs or fees. They truly do make you feel like you are family. 82nd generally has preconceived notions but not with Discount Muffler. 82nd needs more companies like this.
