“I had a pleasant time today getting a cyst removed with Dr Norris supervising. I gotta rate it 4.5 cause i expected the bandage to be a bit better, i had a blood stain on my shirt. But these types of procedures do cause lots of bleeding.“

“Today I went for my labwork and it was a fantastic experience. From the greeting at the front door, the reception, but especially the phlebotomist who drew my blood. I have had this person before and unfortunately didn't get his name. It is hard to pronounce but he is fabulous! He was the only person working today so I hope he gets this feedback. I barely felt the needle and he was done. He said he would do 50 draws today. Those who had him today, like myself are the lucky ones!
