“Great staff that is invested in your health. Dr. Ethan Fram (urology) and Dr. Thomas S. Dudrey (Primary Care), the best I’ve ever had. They take time to know you, get acquainted with your health record, and provide careful guidance. I always feel well taken care of.“
“Very smooth check in. The lady was very sweet and efficient. The doctor listened to my concern and provided the best treatment“
“I was completely impressed with my whole experience at Goodskin. My experience started with plenty of parking spaces and the building itself was very impressive outside and inside. Checking in was a breeze with friendly employees. Last of all was the doctor that made me feel completely comfortable and my treatment was done in minutes. I would recommend Goodskin to everyone who is in need of a skin doctor.“
“Today, I brought my 6-month-old daughter to for her first visit ( patient intake) for eczema. The trip down was already giving me anxiety because I say in traffic for over an hour and thats hard when you have a baby who's uncomfortable and itchy.I pulled in the parking lot, parking was convient and easy to access. Immediately when i walked in the office my daughter and i were greeted and welcomed by the three girls at the front desk. Standing at the front desk i was carrying my diaper bag lunch box and the car seat, the women who did my intake forms with me and checked us in right away said you can set your stuff down , the car seat ect, what ever would help make me comfortable. They even asked if I needed a glass of water more than once, mind you before and after our visit. The staff members asked if it was ok to say hi to . It was so nice and thoughtful, and it helped while I'm signing forms. I had lots of questions about what and why I needed to fill out forms . All my questions were answered with such patience and guidance it made my visit so incredibly helpful. Even just a little kindness goes a long way, but they are above and beyond friendly each of them . After signing in they assured me I could make myself comfortable and do whatever I need to, as far as making my daughter comfortable while waiting, I could walk around and hold her listen to the music station that was playing on the shelf while looking at the pictures. Our wait was not even 5 minutes. The nurse assistant walked us back and took down all our information regarding our visit and medications anything we wanted to address for the appointment, he was so patient and accommodating since my daughter was wiggly and I had to pull my phone out and get information but effortlessly he reassured me to take my time. Not long after Mark Davis, the P A came in for our evaluation. He went over our plan for my daughter moving forward . He answered all my questions. Most importantly, he validated my feelings and frustrations , just making me feel like it would be ok . As a first-time mom, you are overly scared and unsure sometimes of what to do and what steps to take when it comes to your children. Mark Davis assured me that I would figure this out and gave me hope that it would get better. Thank you all staff members. This visit was above and beyond my expectations, I sincerely recommend coming here, especially when you have small children. The staff here are accommodating on all levels. It's absolutely worth the drive!“
“She is a great dermatologist. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and she has a great bedside manner.“
“Wow! Would give more than five stars if I could. This was my first time going to a dermatologist and I wasn't sure what to expect, especially during Covid. Upon arriving, they were taking safety precautions very seriously and it was super clean. I watched someone come disinfect after every interaction. On top of that the nurse who walked me to the room was so kind and personable. She was very welcoming and overall very helpful. I saw Dr. Pena and he was an absolute delight. Very kind and knowledgeable and in the same breath very reassuring. He took a couple of biopsies off me and the procedure was completely painless and super quick. The after care summary was jam packed with information pertaining my procedure and also general skin care. Cannot say enough positive things about this doctor, care team, and clinic.“
“I was about to write up a review of my visit to Dermatology Associates in Tigard, and was surprised to find their star rating was so low. I went in for skin cancer screening. I'd done their on-line check-in, so my in-person check-in was about a minute. Staff were friendly and efficient. Waiting time for my appointment was barely enough to check messages on my phone. The treatment room was clean and the doctor's framed diplomas hung on the wall for easy inspection, including a well-regarded local university. Dr. V came in, all cheerful. She checked the excision she'd done last year and asked me if there'd been any problems, and there hadn't been. We joked that she should sign her work. She did the upper body screening and touched up some recent things that had been annoying me and sent me to make an appointment for next year. Front desk staff got me set up, again very friendly and efficient. All in all, things couldn't have gone better. So I looked at the less-than-glowing reviews. Some were back to 2018. The only ones that seemed still relevant were reports of long waits to get an appointment. But it's the same with my GP and my dentist. I think a lot of practitioners decided, at the start of the pandemic, to retire. Kudos to those who stuck with it -- and us -- through the hard times. My wish for you, dear reader, is that your experience at Dermatology Associates is as good as mine have been.“
“I was a little scared by some of the negative reviews, and after my visit I felt I should come on here and say that my experience was mostly good. The front staff was nice and they didn't seem burned out or rude at all. I got called back promptly. I was seeing Dr. Liu and her assistant was named Gail. Gail was very nice. The only hiccup was the doctor started yelling for her in the hallway and she cut our consultation short before I could really tell her why I was there. I tried to quickly say it and she indicated it would be fine and the doctor would know I was there for multiple concerns. I don't blame Gail for having to run off. A few minutes later I heard the doctor yelling for her in the hallway again. It might be worth them working out a different communication system because that seems stressful for everyone!A couple minutes after my appointment time Dr. Liu came in and was very nice and projected that she knew what she was doing. Her diploma on the wall was from Stanford so that's pretty impressive! One of my concerns was a lesion on my hand and after discussing the options, we decided it was best to remove it. She called in Gail and after signing a waiver, things seemed to spring out of everywhere instantly. Bottles, syringes, razor blades. I didn't even see where the needle came from, all of a sudden it was just coming at me.This might just be me, but I used to be a health care worker and in my time I saw needles accidentally get used on two different people and I have an extreme phobia of this and always like to see the needle get uncapped. In this tidal wave, I felt I couldn't stop and be a jerk and say hey, that's a fresh needle, right? Because of course it was, and that would have been an insulting question. But my unreasonable phobia still reared up and I really didn't like this high speed. My other unreasonable phobia reared up when I saw they were going to use on me a bottle of aluminum chloride that is permanently open on the counter with long q tips sticking out of it. Again, it was probably fine. I'm just weird about medical liquids permanently open on counters. My suggestion would be to put it in a cabinet. It doesn't take that much longer to pull it out, and the patient isn't worried about whether it's clean or not.So basically, everybody was very nice and very professional. I think my bugaboos arose because of the speed at which everything was going. I understand it's a medical clinic and they need to stay on schedule though! The only other thing I would say is that the clinic was very clean, but also very outdated and dingy feeling. This in no way affected my care though!“
“Dr. Hajar is a wonderful physician! She is kind, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She made sure that I had a good understanding of my diagnosis and treatment plan. She is a talented surgeon, and my scar is barely noticeable. Her staff is friendly, with excellent communication and follow up. I feel supported and well cared for at this clinic. Highly recommended!“
