We replaced the carpet in our downstairs and stairways with wood flooring. we have a split level house so there are 2 short stairways as well as the main stairway to the upstairs. Decca was very professional, spotting problem areas for us, giving us a timely, comprehensive estimate after the initial visit, thoroughly answering all our questions and following up with the work. Decca's crew were knowledgeable, friendly and as quiet as they could be (considering they were tearing out underflooring). Most importantly, they keep the dust under control and cleaned up as much as they could each night. We had to move out for the last few days and we expected to find the inevitable dust layer everywhere in the house after the plastic barriers came down. We were shocked at how clean the house was. We’ve worked with Decca for the last 6 years, with multiple projects over three homes. Lam and the crew are professional and the work is consistently top notch. In one project, Decca ripped out the carpets in two of the three bedrooms, and they did an amazing work “matching” the other bedroom to the point that no one could tell the floors were installed later. In other project, we took out a wall, and Lam “fixed” the mess that the GC left with uneven floors.Highly recommend!
