Craftworks rebuilt our old crumbling tile shower. They took it down the studs, and built a brand new one. We're really happy with the result.
I appreciated all the subcontractors he worked with; they were all great to work with.
We even had a surprise in middle the project where they discovered some hidden water damage to our flooring. That expanded the scope of the project a bit, but Jason was really reasonable about working that out with us.
We've got another project coming up, and we'll probably go with them again!

Craftworks is amazing -- if there was a machine that could design the world's best contractor, it would give you Jason. Communication is excellent, advice is honest and spot-on, and he'll LISTEN to you! Jason will ask questions, understand what you're trying to accomplish, and help you get there as quickly, efficiently, and affordably as possible. He'll tell you when you're making a bad decision and give you a more reasonable (and cost-effective) option. When there were subcontractor issues, he took care of it and kept us updated on the schedule. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and guarantee he'll be our first call for all future work at our house.
