Cornel plumbing is my go to place now For all my plumbing work. Baxter was very kind, courteous on time and punctual and gave me updates of everything that was needing to be done and gave me updates on all the work while it was completed.
Really great and professional. Loved Baxter, Eric and Kevin! Got the job done on a number of issues I had and even arrived early for their appointment which helped me out tremendously.
Eric was beyond kind and professional about our situation. Even though I couldn’t be there for the appointment, I knew that my mom was in really good hands just from the way that he communicated and treated us. Eric called several times to keep me up-to-date on the situation, explain what needed to be done, and to make sure that I approved of all the work in advance. He even sent pictures of what he found to be the problem.Eric‘s customer service is five stars and beyond. Eric, we truly appreciate you!
