BRANDON CHIN our HVAC tech was very delightful to work with! He thoroughly went through our HVAC to give us an estimate & because we are young and have been ripped off too many times, we had a lot of questions. He was more than willing to explain exactly why something needed to be replaced. If you were to hire this company for HVAC work, I highly recommend you request for Brandon! Having someone explain to you how things work & why they need replacement will put your mind at ease.
We have had the pleasure of having Jayden from Cornel’s Plumbing come to our house more than once to fix our plumbing. Today was memorable due to the fact that not only was Jayden kind, respectful (wore shoe covers), but also explained everything that was happening during the fix. They did not stop troubleshooting. We highly recommend Cornell and Jayden.
We had at least three things wrong with our plumbing system where our bathtub wasn’t draining and our water heater was leaking. After turning our water off (it was leaking onto an outlet) we were getting anxious not knowing what was wrong and when we could turn it back on. Jake was extremely kind and professional and explained everything very clearly so that I knew what was happening. He made this experience go from something scary to a positive one based on his upbeat attitude and willingness to help us resolve our issues (regardless if it was 100 degrees out, as well the numerous amounts of spiders I know were in our crawl space).
