Dallas was SO helpful. I needed a weird sized furnace filter and although he didn't have one in his warehouse, he located it another warehouse and even offered to have it brought to the Tigard location to make it easier for me. Great Customer Service! Thank you, Dallas!

All of the local suppliers were out of furnace filters so we called your Portland store and they had everything we needed, in stock. So nice to know there are vendors you can count on. Your customer service representative was polite, efficient and easy to work with. Your prices were fair. That's an A+!!

Excellent service. They have helped me out with many times. I get the same excellent lever of service from them regardless of the size of my filter order, or if the order is a rush or not.
