I have worked in many areas of health care for many years. Choosing to go back to school meant I had to step down from managing group homes. I needed a flexible schedule, transparent communication and understanding that I am human too. Valerie, Katie, Alison, Michael and our nurses are amazing! The guenully care for their employees and clients. They have qualified, compassionate care staff who range from new to the field to veterans who have been in the field of health care for years. Had the absolute pleasure of speaking to the staff there, and may i say they are TOP tier individuals. They were extremely patient and were very thorough with all my questions and concerns. The process of setting up care for my mom was a breeze. When it comes to the caregiver that they staffed for my mom WOW. The knowledge she has and how she redirects my mom is impressive!

My Grandma needed help and lives in Portland and I recommended Comfort Keepers after my good experience here in Minnesota. Grandma loves the Caregiver she has and is eating much better. They are doing some games together and crafts. The comfort keeper person does make her meals for the day and clean up the house. I am glad these guys are around so my Mom can relax a little bit.
