From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the process of refreshing our primary bathroom shower. Patrick, who handled the work, arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain each step and the reasoning behind the remediation. His attention to detail was outstanding—he treated our home with care, from removing his shoes to laying down drop cloths and cleaning up thoroughly after finishing. I worked with Jeff to schedule and talk through some options and Patrick from the team came to do a grout removal, regrout, and seal for my shower floor and walls. Everyone was amazing and did a fantastic job, all with great communication and kindness!
