I had the first appointment of the day and there are Zero customers or “patients ” in the building and yet the phones go straight to voice mail. Every-time Ive called its gone straight to voicemail. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and waiting room reeked like cigarettes. I would not come here if I were you.
Several months ago, they sent my prescription to an *out of business, closed down grocery store* instead of my pharmacy, and argued with me when I explained their mistake. They did not believe me until I physically drove back to the clinic and showed them a photo of me standing in front of the out of business grocery store with my prescription in hand in the photo... Even then they seemed to not believe me that my meds were impossible to pick up... making my meds extremely late for refill, and confusing my pharmacy. It was stressful and disorienting, and they clearly didn't care about me getting my medications. Misdiagnosis- willful negligence- They also prescribed a steroid cream for a fungus without any testing or dermatology referrals, and the steroid made it worse- I found a real doctor to prescribe me a FUNGAL ointment that actually solved the problem after 5 months on the steroid cream. They also denied my request for a referral for top surgery, insisting I do a cancer screening if interested in any kind of surgery. If you are mentally ill or if you're trans don't even think about coming here. This was my assigned PCP via OHP. I've reported this clinic to other doctors. This clinic is dangerous for clients who need real material health support. Oregon Times, I see your review- who paid you to write that? Dangerous, dangerous.
