I got home last night and it was very hot in my house (96°). I have used this company before, so I went on their website to request someone to come out today. I got a text right away saying they could be at my house at 10 am this morning. Then this morning, I received a text from Kyle saying he was on his way before 10:00 like he had said. He told me my capacitor needed to be replaced only, and that everything else was working fine right now, with good efficiency and no leaks, and my system is probably 25 or 30 years old. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need, he just fixed what was wrong, and that's it. Now my house is running cool again. Great service, and great company. Great experience working with Columbia! As a first time home owner getting an AC installed, I couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals to work with.
