After getting several bids for a new heat pump/furnace system, I decided to go with Climate Control, and as a happy customer, I'm glad I did! The main reason I chose Climate Control was because of Sal. He was very patient and kind as he explained the various options for me. He worked with my budget and my specific requirements to come up with the best options. I had a crazy amount of questions which Sal always answered with patience and clear, detailed explanations. Excellent service. I found Climate Control on Nextdoor and the reviews were terrific. Appointing was easy, friendly person answered the phone. The technician was punctual, friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly. He serviced the problem and was finished in a quick amount of time. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.
