The team in Portland, Oregon is pretty good. The scheduler is friendly and pro-active. The cleaning crew is always kind and gentle to our little dogs and respectful of our home. If there's ever an issue, it's quickly remedied.

I have been using this service since just before COVID, so it's been a few years. Sadly, I am moving up to Seattle end of the month and will only have a standard cleaning and a move-out cleaning left for them to do. While cleaners might change, the quality of cleaning has stayed consistent. Each tech has their own strengths and style and way of doing things done, but they have always gotten the cleaning as expected. I think for the size of my apartment the price was reasonable too. What is nice is that if you are assigned a new tech, they sometimes have somebody accompany them on the first clean to show them the ropes and to ensure things are done right. I've used Clean Affinity several times this Summer to clean our house for selling and for a final cleaning after selling. They are easy to schedule. They arrive very punctual with their supplies and equipment. They immediately start working and do a thorough job within the time frame I am given. They have worn masks. I have had several different employees and all have been courteous and hard working. Most recently Megan C, Kayla W, Ashley W and Ryan S have done thorough jobs Thank you.
