I’ve been a mouth-breather since I was a child- I’ve broken my nose a few times over the years and had multiple surgeries. I just want to thank Dr. Helton and his assistant (Alissa) for helping me tremendously on my journey to restore my mental and physical health.I originally sought Dr. Helton out for Cranial Facial Release (CFR) and after being assessed, he agreed to use the technique on me along with cold laser therapy.I believe this approach has helped me progress to a mental state where I can start doing physical therapy to restore my muscle memory connection.Fast forward a few months later and I am now physically in less pain and will continue to use his services until I am fully restored.Thank you so much.
