I had no idea this office was here! I was so grateful to be able to get in and see someone when I had a sudden infection come up. It should have been easier to park right there but someone parked her car taking up three spots an sticking out into the street - seriously folks, pretend you are in a city ... Apparently there are a lot of accidents and crazy driving right there though that the desk person sees. So, be careful getting in and out. The office is small, well decorated and great if you need someone to take a look at whatever you have going on and cannot wait the standard months out Kaiser appointments. The doctor I saw even took her time trying to get me scheduled for imaging with apologies because the one person on that apparently just went home for the day because, well, Kaiser... So, good luck with all the rest of my health battle but at least this office in an option to get in an appointment versus spending the day hoping to get into urgent care.
The staff & doctors are super-friendly and amazing, and it's a great place to book short-notice appointments. One thing to watch out for; Try to avoid booking appointments with Erin Righter. In my numerous visits with her, she came off as judgmental and dismissive, sending me away & forcing me to come back when one of the other providers were working-- All of whom were more than happy to give me the proper care &/or referrals. Just my experience, though. I'm sure she has good & bad days.
I made an appt online in the middle of the night and got in right away. I was assisted right on time with no waiting! The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you have Kaiser and live in SE this is the place to go!
