I’m so grateful for Broadway Veterinarian Clinic; specifically Dr. Schaad and his experienced direction, surgical skills, ease and excellent communication during a recent surgical procedure with my 13 y/o pup. The techs and staff are always friendly, seem knowledgeable and handle their little patient-friends with love and care. Thank you, BVC ?

I've been going to BVC for many years and have only had excellent experiences w the doctors and staff. Dr. P took my calls and counseled me through end of life care for my sweet old dog; Dr. Schaad performed an excellent surgery on my cat and they were wonderful when she passed away three years later. It felt like the entire staff came to the rescue when my younger dog was hit by a car many yrs ago and they continue to love on her to this day. Vet medicine was hit hard by the pandemic, there definitely weren't enough resources for everyone and there has been staff turnover (same as everywhere else!), but my experience w BVC techs, doctors, and admin staff continue to be positive. I feel fortunate to have such a good relationship w the BVC team.

I've always had a great experience here, my cat became a patient during the pandemic and I've never stopped going back! They're quick, they're kind with my pet, and I've always felt like I spend less money than I used to spend when I went to Banfield.
