    Customer service is very poor. The simplest questions to the community manager yield snarky responses. When you try to push back, they make excuses and gaslight you so that it's your fault they are awful. Having them as a management company is like being trapped in an abusive relationship.

    Our Condo (Eliot Tower) is managed by BPM. We have been very impressed by their technical skill, their focus, and their ability to do whatever is necessary to handle daily building management, and their ability to handle any problems that arise (e.g. financial, security, maintenance, etc.), on a 24/7 basis. The concierge crew is very connected, and very courteous, and very responsive.
