One of our Hunter Douglas shaded broke, and H.D. recommended these guys to repair it. From the very first phone call, the experience was awesome. Long story short: I took the shade to their Portland location (NE Broadway), the problem was quickly diagnosed and the fix explained, and I got a call two days later saying my repaired shade was ready for pickup. Now it works like new. Friendly, professional employees; full transparency about how things will go; quality work; quick turnaround... We couldn't be happier.
Repaired three Hunter Douglas residential blinds within a week of dropoff at a reasonable cost. The repair was a restring of all three blinds. Friendly and professional service. Recommended.
Bollingers have repaired blinds for me a few times over the years and I have to say they are consistently professional in both the quality of work they do and their customer service. Recommended!!
