The studio has a very friendly vibe and it’s absolutely lovely.Morgan, my instructor, is skilled, upbeat and, extremely importantly, kind.She will meet you where you are with no judgment and with enthusiasm - from super beginner (me) to elite athletes.Morgan is helping me to get stronger step by step - I value that a lot!You are safe there and you get results - highly recommended.

I love my private Pilates sessions with Morgan. She's a great teacher – knowledgeable, encouraging, funny – and really seems to be "in tune" with what's going on with me and my body. I heartily recommend that you sign up for her Pilates or bodywork sessions.

This was my first reformer class at Body Mechanics. I have physical issues and was so happy at the way Savanna found ways for me to work around them. My body was very happy with this class!

We are a fully equipped Pilates studio in the heart of Southeast Portland. We offer private, duet and trio sessions on the Pilates equipment as well as group equipment and mat classes. Our mission is to help our clients connect to their bodies and find ease and joy in movement. Whether you are seeking rehabilitation from injury, are looking to step up your athletic performance or are somewhere in between, we are here to support your body's needs.
