I was so incredibly lucky to happen to call this salon when ai needed next day services. I was able to schedule with Jeffrey, the owner,who is an absolute master at blonde color. I got the total jackpot finding this salon and won’t go anywhere else when I’m back in Portland
Caleb Shane is a color genius. He recently helped me transition my long brown color-treated hair to my natural steel gray, and it is GORGEOUS. I get a lot of compliments. :) He helped me understand the investment, the process, and the new approach to maintenance before taking the plunge. Going gray was emotional for me, and Caleb was a sensitive 'doula' for the journey, in addition to his consistency and mastery of cuts and color changes. I love going to Blueprint and enjoy my 'chair hours' with Caleb each time. Can't recommend him enough!
I have had several appointments with stylist Caleb, and I am incredibly pleased with the results, so I will continue to book with him! I have received haircuts, foils, and fringe trims, and his experience and styling abilities shine through every time. Caleb is very friendly, and I always feel that he listens to my vision for how I want my hair to look.
Blue Print Modern Hair is a cool, open industrial space with lots of plants, natural lighting and excellent hair care products. I’ve recently become a fan of the Kevin Murphy line; it has the ideal formula for my hair, and I didn’t even know this line existed before going to Blue Print.
