I popped in for a new septum ring—they had a lovely selection of jewelry and a great range of pricing. Everyone I encountered was super friendly. Highly recommend if you’re shopping for quality body jewelry.

I’m still giving them a good review because what happened wasn’t their fault. This is mostly just to get info out there so that other people don’t have to have the embarrassing experience I did.
You *can’t* use numbing cream for piercing. It’s illegal. I asked, and was told the previous day that you could. But I was told by a tattoo artist who probably didn’t know, so I ought to have known better.
I was so embarrassed I left it a hurry before I made a scene (not angry, just felt really stupid, and didn’t want to cry in public).
I’m going to go back another day and get it done. I’ll have more... read full review

Great experience. I’ve had a nose piercing and took my son to get his ears pierced. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & patient. Clearly explained what to expect. Sterile environment.
