Yes, they are not quite as prompt in returning a voicemail or email, which hopefully they can address, however, this place is still amazing!
Staff are fabulous, make you feel welcomed. I was asked multiple times while waiting if I had been helped.
Technicians and vet did great and answered questions and quelled some worries and helped prioritize the medical needs of my pets.

Have switched here for a few months. The positives: We love Dr. Lough, she’s very thorough and a great communicator. Everyone is friendly so far and they’ve been very welcoming. The clinic is very clean and the lobby is spacious which is nice.
Other observations: Some staff seem like they are more intentional about the fear free practices than others. Their pharmacy seems a bit disorganized as well, most times I’ve called to refill meds something has gone wrong- either I get a text that my dog’s meds are filled and upon arriving they were not (twice) and I had to wait quite a bit, or after waiting a few days for a notification that... read full review

Highly recommend! Took my cat in for his first ever vet appointment, he was very nervous and the ladies there went above and beyond to accommodate and make him as comfortable as possible. He left happier than when he arrived and we are very happy with the level of care provided by the entire staff!
