Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional staff that worked hard to get me the most accurate tax return, as long as you have the proper tax information (which every responsible adult should have). Wait times were a bit longer than stated, but can’t blame them since there was a snow storm, power outages, a pandemic, and confusion from all the poorly coordinated government “assistance” during these times.

Great place to do your taxes.I've come to this place for a long time l believe since 2004 or around there & everyone has being really pleasant, cordial & treated me with respect. I believe they try their best to help you get your maximum return you can get. I move to California on 2015 the place I went to do my taxes was horrible.I finally came back to Portland on 2018 & l still recieved a letter from the IRS on 2019 that l owe them ????.(l had to pay you can not argue with them?‍♂️)I'm happy to be back to Portland & I'm doing my taxes with AVI Services again ?.Great people, l recommend them.
