Jenna does a great job with consultations and is so personable each visit. She also ensures you leave with an option to swing back in a couple of weeks for a touch up or if you need to change anything about your services. Lastly, they are so quick at Aura - which is so fantastic when you're squeezing in an appointment between other life things!

I had a really wonderful experience with Suzanne. She put me at ease when I voice that I was nervous and took the time before our appointment to make sure I was ready. The appointment went relatively fast but she made sure I was good and numb before she started. I am 1 week post visit and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I can't wait to see what they look like in the next week or two. I will definitely be going back for facials in the future as well.

I'm new to Portland and had to choose a med spa totally on my own without being able to get recommendations from friends and family. I did my research and I chose Aura. Let me tell you - I am SOOOOOO happy I did! Everyone is so patient and kind. The spa itself is gorgeous and relaxing. I joined their semaglutide program under the guidance of Jenna. Jenna has been there for me every step of the way and genuinely wants me to succeed. I am incredibly happy with the results and plan on booking some additional services at Aura. I'll definitely go to Jenna!
