I love the fact that Aptive is pet friendly- that is why I chose this company, but the techs that come out...WOW!! So respectful of my home, fast, clean & Lisa is wonderful!! I know that when she comes, everything is going to be done quickly & efficiently. She is has great customer service skills! If we can have Lisa as our service tech exclusively,we would be ecstatic!! I've referred you to friends & neighbors because we are that happy with your services ?

This time the service technician showed up when he said he would and finally found and knocked down the wasp nest I'd been requesting them to get for two visits now.
Ongoing visits have been on time and thorough.

Ivan came today to service our property. He let me know he would be here in anout 20-30 minutes and he was right on time. He did a good job. I had left the Gate unlocked and asked him to close it when he left and he did. I was very pleased. Thank you Ivan!
