AnswerConnect is outstanding! I've worked with other groups in this industry for before switching to AnswerConnect, and they just don't do the same type of job that AnswerConnect does. What really sets AnswerConnect apart from the others, is their technology. They setup decision trees for their operators, that lead them into a particular line of questioning depending on the response. And the customer is able to help to tailor these question and modify. AnswerConnect has been a pleasure to work with from the start. Rita Esparza-Flores was the amazing woman who helped get me setup with my account. Her bright energy made turned something I knew nothing about into a fun and enjoyable learning experience. Dyan Morrow helped me setup the behind-the-scenes scripting, and boy did she make that fun too. She knew what I needed before I even knew I needed it, and I'm thankful for her expertise.
