I'm new to one of the buildings managed by AMS and since I'm renting from a property management company and not an owner there have been a few issues here and there that have needed to get ironed out. Luckily I was fortunate to meet my building manager, Chris Harwood, who has been instrumental in assisting me with any issue I've had. Chris has very generously made himself easily available to me and made every attempt to make me feel welcomed and taken care of.
