Wonderful environment, and love Stephanie’s approach. I felt totally safe, and as someone who can be particular about such things — there was just the right amount of education/communication throughout. I walked out the door feeling exactly how I’d hoped physically too! Would absolutely recommend.

I had a great massage at Alchemy. Stephanie has a great deal of experience and did my body good! She also had good advice on stretching and other things to do for running recovery. I will plan to see her again in the near future.

I was about 3 months pregnant when I started coming to Alchemy Wellness. I came here 2-3 times while I was pregnant. It's a cute little spot. Fiona was amazing each and every time. Remembered a lot from our previous sessions which was nice since it didn't take away from the actual massage. I always felt even better and relaxed after I left.
