Messaged them to mobile detail a trailer as a gift for a family member, providing them details about the trailer and a picture. They were quick to message back and came out a few days later. But the service provided can’t be described as detailing. They did not message me when they got there, during, or after to discuss that the job was going to need a different approach. Instead, they proceeded with a wash that did not leave the trailer looking clean. I messaged them to see what happened, they called me to discuss.
