The wait time was incredibly long (90 minutes with an appointment), but when I was seen the medical assistant and doctor were attentive, really listened to my concerns and were very helpful. I got my diagnosis and prescription in a timely manner.
Dr. Kelly and her MA were both amazing. They showed real concern and made me feel heard. I didn’t feel like just another entry in their schedule. Truly a great experience during a time when i felt so bad and sick.
On October 18, 2024, I went to the OHSU/Adventist ER because I had severe diarrhea. I appreciated Dr. Michael Petrovich and everyone working at that time for doing a great job. I only waited 10 minutes before being called in for a pre-check. They responded quickly and took good care of me.
